A rather inventive presentation of Gin Mare, which is made using arbequina olive, rosemary, thyme, basil and mandarin. This comes in a lantern, which you could use to light up your garden (after removing the bottle and replacing it with a little candle, obviously).

Nose Herbal nose with berry fruits. Hints of soapiness and perfume.
Palate Very herbal and aromatic palate. Perfume-like delivery. Coriander and tart juniper, citrus zest.
Finish Zesty, spiced finish.
