A 50cl bottle of the fabulous Gin Mare! The Spanish gin is made with arbequina olives, the star botanical, which change acidity every year – which means the gin is a little different, too! Along with rosemary, thyme, and basil, it makes for a super refreshing, complex spirit.

Herbal nose with berry fruits. Hints of soapiness and perfume.
Palate
Very herbal and aromatic palate. Perfume-like delivery. Coriander and tart juniper, citrus zest.
