
A citrus-forward edition of Gin d'Azur, inspired by the sunny shores of the Côte d’Azur, and distilled in Cognac. The gin includes a host of Provençal botanicals which are individually distilled including the likes of lavender, Menton lemon peel, marjoram, mountain savory, rosemary, star anise, thyme, juniper, and a touch of Camargue salt. The lavender and star anise have been paired down for this recipe in comparison to the original, while the lemon has been elevated for a bright, zesty profile.
