Gin 1689 Queen Mary Ed. Bottling Note
Here we have a brilliantly pink expression of Gin 1689! The blushing Dutch gin been dubbed The Queen Mary Edition, named after the wife of King William of Orange the Third. It's based on the authentic Gin 1689 recipe where strawberries and raspberries are added to the distillation process, giving the spirit a pink hue as well as fruity flavour. The recipe is even printed on the back of the bottle! The 320 year old recipe also recommends to drink the gin garnished with strawberries and raspberries, and who are we to argue with history?

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Fresh citrus and juicy strawberry, with a hint of spice intertwined with jammy, somewhat tart raspberry, and piney juniper on the finish.

More than just Dutch courage - this is a great gin with its heritage from Dutch distilling - the Dry Gin is full of character
A gin that has notes of its Dutch heritage as it has essence of bread dough which I find in traditional Genever, full on juniper and has a sweetness. Certainly one of the best gins I've had and well worth adding to your cocktail cabinet.

Simply love this pink gin
A fruity non sweet gin, love the smell of red fruits and warm spiced dry finish. Not for people who prefer sweet pink gins

Awful cough medicine taste!
I have a feeling this company is paying people for fake reviews. Bought this gin at Christmas and it was undrinkable!
Even my guests apologised and couldn’t drink. Awful cough medicine taste!

A pink gin that tastes full of natural soft fruit, raspberry, strawberry and quince
For many pink gins are too sweet and taste synthetic and false however this Queen Mary Edition from Gin 1689 is full of natural fruit flavour and finishes nice and dry, I would highly recommend this to anyone. An ideal gift for your Valentine
