Generation 11 Sussex Dry Gin was distilled in Chailey, East Sussex with a botanical selection including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, black pepper, green cardamom, lavender, lemon peel and orris root. It was diluted with pure water drawn from the owner's own Sussex well.
An earthy creaminess forms a base through which classic pine notes and fragrant citrus emerge.
Drying juniper, heather and citrus peels combine with a slow developing kick of spiciness from the clove and cinnamon.
Soft liquorice, black pepper and hints of vanilla flower linger.

I received a small bottle of this for Christmas, being new to gin, l loved the softness of the flavours, I will certainly be replenishing with a larger bottle...
This is simply the best gin I’ve tasted, having tasted many brands over the years. The orange and cardamom is particularly choice and has a very subtle delicious flavour. Certainly to be recommended and lovely to give as a present.
Ooh - if you like lavender in a gin that doesn't knock you over then this is a great gin. I saw it here originally but went to Sussex Gin Fest and these guys were there. Very, very nice gin.
We were bought this gin by our daughter and son-in-law for Christmas. It has to be the best gin we've ever had (and we've had a few!) The botanical flavours come through on the pallete perfectly and the fact that everything is locally sourced is fantastic.
