G'Vine Floraison

Produced in the French region of Cognac, G'Vine is a hint as to what this unique gin contains. It's actually infused with Ugni Blanc grape, as well as some more standard botanicals including ginger root, liquorice, cardamom, cassia bark, coriander, cubeb berries, nutmeg, lime and even a bit of juniper.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Doesn't immediately smell like a gin... the grape notes are prevalent, but there are balancing notes of citrus and cardamom.

Palate The grapes run the show here too. It's tasty with pronounced, fresh botanicals, particularly the high, citric and ginger notes. The grapes add a pleasant sweetness. It's almost like a flavoured vodka.

Finish Very clean, very pleasant. Herbs and grassy notes with a slight mineral taste.

Overall Almost halfway between a gin and a flavoured vodka, this is a unique spirit. We could (and probably will!) spend hours playing around with cocktail recipes using G'Vine.

Reviews for G'Vine Floraison Gin
Great sharp tasting gin
Just been presented with a litre of this delicious gin by visitors from Spain - found it too floral first, but after 3/4 large G&Ts with lime I'm really addicted! Shall be ordering more from my local independent wine merchant, but can't wait for more from the duty free store when they next visit! Great bottle too - will use for flowers on garden table in Summer!

One of my favourites
First came across this whilst on holiday in Venice and have subsequently drunk plenty more ... need I say more?!

5 stars.
Duty free punt after being delayed on a flight. Thank you Easyjet :) when it's done, I'll be plundering MOM stock. The gin market is saturated with great offerings. This is one to try. Give it a crack. It's well worth it.

Very different, very moreish!
Very similar to Nordes but tastes more of gin where as Nordes is like drinking sweet sparkling wine, not gin. Highly recommended. If you're making a gin & tonic don't be shy with the gin measure so you get a good flavour.

Gin?
Very smoothe but it doesn't really taste like gin to me. More like gin flavoured vodka.

Fantastic!
Fantastic! Discovered this on holiday in portugal and have bought several bottles since. Try it with a few thin slices of Granny Smith apple and some juniper berries with fevertree tonic.

Smoooooooth ... feminine .... too elegant to quaff
Make mine a martini with frozen lime juice ice cubes (day freshly squeezed) on a hot summer Sydney afternoon.
It is definitely not a flavoured vodka style. Sexy, yes after the first couple of sips pass the lips.
Not a butch gin the green bottle, deserves sipping.
