This blushing gin from Northern Fox is made with Yorkshire honeyberries! If you've never seen one, they look and taste a bit like blueberries, but are actually part of the honeysuckle family (the clue is in the name). Northern Fox partnered with an east Yorkshire farm, one of the first growers of UK honeyberries to make the eye-catching spirit. And look, the friendly fox on the front has even put his pink bow tie on for the occasion.
Clean and fresh juniper and citrus pairs brilliantly with both the tart and sweet notes from the fruit, with a hitn of coriander spice on the finish.
I have a honeyberry plant in my garden so was very intrigued to try this gin and I definitely wasn't disappointed!! Absolutely delicious with an elderflower tonic
