The marvellous Modern Australian Gin from Four Pillars features a host of native ingredients, as well a selection from further afield, with a helping of inspiration coming from Asia. Both red and green Szechuan from China are included here, as well as Australian macadamia nut, quandong, rosy glow apples, grapefruit, orange, and more. Brilliantly warming and flavoursome, excellent for G&Ts and cocktails.

Tangy grapefruit and anise, leading into tingly peppercorn spiciness and oily juniper, plus just a touch of buttery nutty roundness.
