This intriguing treat is the delicious result of mixing Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin with Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes. What the Australian distillers did was steep the grapes in the gin for eight weeks, then pressed the grapes and blended it with yet more of their gin!
Lots of red fruit sweetness up front, though festive spice notes shine through.
Piney juniper, raspberry, plum, a pinch of peppercorn and just a smidge of citrus zest.
Earthy clove and spicy ginger, with lingering red berry.

Seriously the best gin I’ve ever tasted!
I first tasted this in Melbourne. Was happy to be able to bring some back to New Zealand, happier still to know I can get it here on line.
Great, love it
Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz is outstanding. Really easy to drink and best with plain tonic water. No need for any extra flavouring at all. Just a really great gin.
Looks good. Would be one of the the most expensive gins available though. They should offer miniatures as well.
