Four Feathers is the product of husband and wife duo, Paulina Bartos from Poland and Sion Edwards from Wales. This London dry gin is inspired by a love of Poland and the Mediterranean, blending classic botanicals alongside basil, rosemary and thyme with gorse and elderflower from Sion's home farm in Wales. The gin is then cut with Welsh spring water for a clean, herbal and citrusy tipple.
Oodles of herbaceous aromas, juniper forward with sweet and zesty citrus undertones.
Hints of citrus peel peek through prominent notes of juniper and fresh herbs, all against a lightly floral backdrop.
Elderflower shines through on the finish, sweet floral tones linger on a slightly peppery finish.

It's a very rounded, finely tuned and balanced gin. I particularly liked how all the botanicals complimented each other with no single one ahead of all the others. The finish giving a touch of lovely elderflower sweetness and that coconut taste from gorse flowers which reminds me of the heaths in Suffolk where I grew up. Alan, Oundle.
Great gin at a really good price. Liked the sound of this from the description and contacted the distillers for their serving suggestion, which is orange zest, basil and rosemary and this is a very tasty, med like gin. Give it a go.
