Four Feathers London Dry Gin
Four Feathers is the product of husband and wife duo, Paulina Bartos from Poland and Sion Edwards from Wales. This London dry gin is inspired by a love of Poland and the Mediterranean, blending classic botanicals alongside basil, rosemary and thyme with gorse and elderflower from Sion's home farm in Wales. The gin is then cut with Welsh spring water for a clean, herbal and citrusy tipple.

Nose
Oodles of herbaceous aromas, juniper forward with sweet and zesty citrus undertones.
Palate
Hints of citrus peel peek through prominent notes of juniper and fresh herbs, all against a lightly floral backdrop.
Finish
Elderflower shines through on the finish, sweet floral tones linger on a slightly peppery finish.
