An enjoyably spicy variation from Family of Hounds Gin, featuring Sichuan pepper as a star botanical. Expect warm, earthy notes mixed with classic crisp juniper from this one - we reckon it'll go great in cocktails that could use a helping of savoury heat to balance sweeter notes from accompanying liqueurs and the like.
