Description
A delightfully warming variation on the Esker Gin recipe, featuring the addition of honey and various tasty spices (alongside the botanicals from the original gin including birch sap). Produced by Steven and Lynne Duthie up in picturesque Royal Deeside in Scotland.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nutmeg, clove and perhaps a savoury hint of paprika too! The honey smooths out any overbearing spice, while herbal juniper notes underpin the whole thing.
