“My summer favourite this year! Great for making gin cocktails with. Full of flavour and not too sweet. Worth paying a little extra for a good quality gin. ”

Description

No longer shall the tastiness of candy floss be exclusive to carnivals - the folks at Derbyshire distillery have created a gin that incorporates the flavour profile of the sweet treat! Strawberry juiciness, balancing juniper bite and a hearty whack of candy floss brightness all work together wonderfully - particularly in a G&T garnished with fresh berries and a wedge of lime...

Overall

Strawberry jam and plump raspberries, black pepper, a hint of almond nuttiness, a burst of sugary sweetness (though not enough to completely overpower the rest of the flavours) and some soft vanilla.
