Combining their dry gin with plenty of lime and mint, this is immensely refreshing stuff that'll be brilliant at the core of its eponymous cocktail. Ought to be great in a G&T garnished with mint leaves too...
Obviously the Mojito influence sits at the fore with fresh citrus and a cooling hint of spearmint. Juniper and herbaceous coriander notes develop in the background.

The mint flavour in this gin is amazing! A beautiful combination of botanicals for my favourite cocktail without the calories. Looking forward to trying the other Derbyshire Gin flavours.
