This gin is produced by vacuum distilling New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine, along with a host of botanicals, including manuka leaves, almonds, cardamom, and liquorice. The process of vacuum distillation ensures that the flavours of the wine are preserved, and carry through to the final spirit.
