From Cuckoostone Distillery comes the somewhat paradoxically named Gin is Dead, which is indeed a gin! A homage to London dry gin, it packs in 11 botanicals, with ginger, meadowsweet, pink peppercorn, and citrus among them. Made in small batches. Serve this simply with a good tonic, lots of ice, and a slice of lemon.
