This London dry gin from Courtney's in Devon takes its inspiration from the Exe Valley that runs from Exmoor into Exmouth... Execellent! Produced with a selection of 12 botanicals and with a bright, floral bottle design, it certainly does remind us of glorious walks in the Devon sunshine. With a good, bold balance of citrus and spice, it makes a great G&T and should do very nicely in cocktails too.
A good hit of juniper with plenty of lemony zest in tow, a tinge of anise and liquorice balance a softly floral, herbal undertone.
