Fabulously festive gin here from the Cotswolds Distillery! The Cloudy Christmas Gin is made with a combination of nine botanicals, with a festive core of clementine and piney juniper alongside the likes of cardamom, lavender, grapefruit, bay leaf, black pepper, coriander, and angelica. As with the classic Cotswolds Dry Gin, the distillers use plenty (and we mean plenty) of botanicals, meaning the gin has a lot of botanical oils in it, so when it's mixed with gin, it'll turn wonderfully cloudy!
A generous splash of fresh clementine leads into piney juniper and cardamom, making for some festive warmth.

Cotswolds gin is always good but I was hoping for just a little bit more Christmassiness! I’ve tried it with star anise and orange and would say the star anise works better bringing out a delicious warmth but it’s subtle and one of the things I like about Cotswolds gin is that it dares to be different which I didn’t feel this did quite enough of.
