Cornish Gold from Cornish Rock Gin is distilled in small batches using Cornish botanicals including fresh citrus fruits, as well as cubeb pepper which is to thank for its golden hue. A very dry gin which would work wonders in a Gimlet.
Incredibly dry with a good helping of peppery heat, vibrant citrus and a touch of fragrant bitterness.
