Copenhagen Distillery Organic Bay Leaf Gin
Made at Copenhagen’s only whisky distillery, this is a London Dry gin with bay leaves, cranberries, lemon, angelica and allspice. It was made to celebrate the distillery’s certification as an organic producer, and in keeping with the distillery’s ethos of challenging conventional gin by experimenting with bold flavours.
