Chilgrove Signature Edition Gin 3cl

Chilgrove Signature Edition Gin is a rather exciting spirit, as the base comes not from distilled grain but distilled grapes instead, similar to how it was in the olden days when jenever was distilled from wine in Holland. The Chilgrove distillers in Sussex have paired this intriguing base spirit with 11 botanicals, including Angelica Root, Coriander Seed, Grains of Paradise and Wild Water Mint. They describe it as a "gin for all seasons", and with a superb mouth feel and stunning flavour profile, we wouldn't mind drinking Chilgrove in Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter!
