Nose: Fresh and juicy lemon sweetness leads and blends beautifully with floral angelica. Soft aniseed, a delicate helping of apricot yoghurt and a menthol element fill the backdrop.
Palate: Tart finger lime citrus joins the clean lemon note and herbal, Ringwood aniseed, before biting mountain pepper fizzes through them. Pleasantly salty strawberry (I know), spicy apple, sour cranberry and a little macadamia nut add depth. A light caramel sweetness with some earthy, resinous ginger root simmers underneath.
Finish: There’s a lingering note of vanilla with some pistachio nuttiness.
Overall: Simply brilliant – celebrities wouldn’t want to leave that jungle if they could drink this.
