Bullards London Dry Gin Pouch
In a move towards sustainability, the folks at Bullards have ditched the glass bottle and whacked their London Dry Gin into a refill pouch! There's the same volume as a full bottle in the pouch, though without the weight of the glass, helping to produce less CO2 in the shipping process, so you can keep the same bottle for good. And once the pouch is empty, you can post it back to the distillery (no envelope or stamp required) for recycling, to make sure it doesn't end up in a landfill.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Lemon sherbet and dried lime peel. Pine resin and savoury thyme notes later on.
Palate
Oily though sweet juniper, leading into honey and juicy orange. Coriander lingers on the mid-palate, with a touch of mint leaf too.
Finish
Fresh mint continues on to the finish. Pink peppercorn and mixed peels.
