Bullards London Dry Gin Bottling Note

A London Dry Gin from Norwich that uses botanicals such as juniper, cardamom, coriander, lemon and orange peels and tonka beans. Enjoy with ice or in a gin and tonic with a slice of blood orange.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Lemon sherbet and dried lime peel. Pine resin and savoury thyme notes later on.

Palate Oily though sweet juniper, leading into honey and juicy orange. Coriander lingers on the mid-palate, with a touch of mint leaf too.

Finish Fresh mint continues on to the finish. Pink peppercorn and mixed peels.

Missed me this one
The tasting note do not reflect this gin! I found it to be simple if a little plain, not offensive just plain.

Personal favourite London dry
Easily my favourite gin, eco packaging has been a fantastic addition to what was already my go to choice.

Hmmmm
Bought this Gin based on the tasting notes listed above. I don't get the mint, nor the peppercorns, but more a sweet vanilla. Its still a fantastic Gin, was just thrown off by the description. Nice and dry, with lots of orange. Smooth finish, with very little heat. A really good Gin, especially over ice.

Not one to miss!
I saw these guys at Junipalooza, tried their gin with a slice of dried orange, and just wow! Interesting to see what a Tonka bean was and how it effects the gin. Definitely worthy of its World Award!

Try This
A super tasty Gin. Strong Juniper and Lavender flavours.

Disappointed
First impressions are disappointing. The finish seems to have a slight taste of tequila to it. Not a flavour I would usually associate with gin. 1st tasted neat then with some tonic. I think it was actually marginally nicer neat. The tonic didn't seem to help. I drink a reasonable amount of premium gin and this sadly doesn't float my boat.

Really Good Gin
I must admit, I did set my expectations high, but it is infact very good. Another good example of a small batch gin distillery making very good Gin. Quite strong in juniper flavour, which I do like. Maybe a little strong for me to drink straight, but with tonic, I really did enjoy it.

Blew my Mind
Tried this Gin with a sliver of orange peel, squeezed in the glass as a classic Gin and tonic. I think it's safe to say, I'll be ordering this from now on!

Lovely G&T
Served in a balloon glass with fever tree and a slice of orange, this is lovely. Similar to Bathtub, but less peppery and more Tonka bean.
