From the prolific BrewDog folks Zealot's Heart Gin, produced in a triple-bubble still and with juniper at its core (or its heart, if you're into appropriately tying descriptions of spirits to their names). Alongside said central seed cone, BrewDog have picked out a big ol' brilliant bundle of botanicals, including all spice, angelica root, coriander, goji berries, grains of paradise, grapefruit peel, lavendar flower, meadowsweet, lemon peel, lime peel, mace, Makrut lime leaves, orris root, thai lemongrass, szechuan peppercorn and sansho peppercorn.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Earthy though clean, with enough sweet spice to keep it interesting. Punchy juniper, a whiff of citrus zest and some light florals linger on the finish.
