Over in Leicestershire the folks at Bond Street Distillery took their Signature Gin and treated it to the addition of juicy raspberry for this expression! A wonderfully fruity affair, notes of spice and juniper still come to the fore. Should do rather well in a G&T garnished with a fresh basil leaf.
Notes of spice lead into peppery juniper and citrus, with lasting raspberry fruitiness.
