
To celebrate the fifth anniversary of Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin, the folks behind the Dutch tipple went and crafted this single cask five year old expression! Notaris genever (produced from malt wine) distilled in 2014 was used as the base, and then rested in virgin American oak bourbon barrels. Just 1,000 bottles were released at 42% ABV, complete with a snazzy wooden presentation box.
Floral oak and berry sweetness, with spice supporting hints of woody vanilla, juniper and malt.
