A gin named after the queen of the Iceni tribe, Boudicea Gin Rosa features a base spirit made from Royal Norfolk barley, which is then distilled with cherry, peach, and other more traditional botanicals. The gin has been dubbed Rosa as the two founders, after much research on the language of the Iceni tribe, decided that rosa was the closest to the Iceni word for pink. The rosy gin is housed in an elegant frosted glass bottle, and would do very well splashed in a glass of fizz.
Juicy ripe cherry with a hint of tartness, peppery juniper and other spices alongside sweet, summery peach which lingers on the finish.

This has to be one of the best flavoured gins I've ever had. It has plenty of punchy juniper along with tart cherries rounded off by the sweeter peach notes. This pairs really well with just about any tonic but I've found that a hibiscus tonic in the perfect tonic for me. It also makes an amazing pink fizz. I will definitely be buying this again!!
