Blanc Tides Gin
A Spanish gin created for lifestyle brand, Blanc, built around a selection of botanicals that includes salicornia - or samphire. Other botanicals include juniper, angelica, cinnamon, orange, lemon, lime, bergamot, corainder, gentian and lemon verbena. Interesting to note that the gin is made in a ban-marie still, which takes a while but evidently results in the desired flavour profile for the distillers.

Kicks off with punchy citrus and pine, before warming cinnamon and a savoury/coastal hint from the samphire.
