Among the botanicals is the New Zealand Horopito, and ancient flowering plant more commonly known as peppertree, seeing as the leaves give a chilli-like heat and flavour. Sustainability is key to the brand inspired by the endangered black robin, with sales from each bottle donated towards preserving the species.
