Blue Duck Vodka
Blue Duck Vodka hails from New Zealand, and it's seven times distilled, not from grain or potatoes, but from whey! The distillery is focused on sustainability, and distilling a by-product of New Zealand's dairy industry seemed like a good place to start. What's more, the vodka is inspired by the endangered blue duck, and a portion of each bottle sold will go towards habitat preservation.

Rounded and velvety, with oily lemon peel alongside notes of fresh hay and a clean minerality, with a warming, peppery finish.
