The Bimber Distillery in London has created an immensely zesty gin here, using eight citrus-forward botanicals, including the marvellous kumquat! We reckon this will be brilliant in a G&T, and should also make an astonishing Negroni Cocktail too...
Clementine, apricot, a crackle of black pepper, lemongrass, and tangy lime on the finish.
