Well, what have we here, then? Another bottling of Bathtub Gin aged in a single cask and independently bottled by That Boutique-y Gin Company, that's what! This time, the gin was matured in a cask that previously held Very Old Tom Gin, so we're expecting this one to be rather interesting indeed...

Nose
Grapefruit peels and actual grapes. Slightly floral at points, and a hint of red vermouth develops too.
Palate
Spicy clove and juniper cut through the sweet vanilla notes imparted by the cask. Maybe a drizzle of caramel...
Finish
Warming cardamom paired with foam banana sweetness.
