Gin cocktails are a thing that are liked by many, many people. Bars tend to go though quite a lot of gin because of that. Luckily, Base Spirits has put its very own gin (finely tuned with hot and cold-distilled botanicals to suit all sorts of cracking cocktails) into a 10 litre bag-in-box (or a BIB, if you want to be fancy). These cuboids are cost effective, and they help to cut down on waste and storage space versus buying oodles of individual bottles. Handy.

Nose: Bright juniper and citrus oil, backed up by earthy cardamom and crushed peppercorn.
Palate: Juniper again sits up front, oily and slightly woody. Creamy angelica and leafy lemongrass develop later on.
Finish: Spicy notes of cassia and liquorice root last.
