Inspired by the traditional Persian delicacy, Love Cake Gin from Atlas is made with a host of fragrant botanicals including green cardamom, rosewater, almonds, pistachios, lemon zest, and vanilla beans! This tasty array results in a delicately zesty and floral gin – ideal served with Mediterranean tonic or cloudy lemonade.

Overall

Juniper leads the way with floral lifts of rose petals and vanilla. Softly sweet, with hints of lemon zest, a touch of aromatic spice, and nutty undertones.
