Description

This gin from Los Angeles is jam-packed with botanicals. There are 29 in total, 11 of which come from California, with several growing in the master distiller's own back garden. A classic selection of herbs, roots, spices, and citrus are joined by more unusual botanicals such as Lion's Mane and Reishi mushrooms, bringing an earthy, savoury depth to the final spirit.

Overall

Crisp layers of citrus, juniper, and cardamom lead to vibrant herbs, with a touch of pepper, and earthy umami notes beneath.
