Description

A very striking tipple, here we have 50cl bottling of the navy strength expression of Professors Club Twisted Gin! It takes vapour infused botanicals including meadowsweet, strawberries, and pink peppercorns, and is bottled at a warming 57% ABV. The name is a reference to the way 17th century methods are twisted with contemporary ones to create the spirit. Plus it makes for great excuse to make an awesome bottle. Win/win.

Overall

A sweet floral backbone, with pine, distinctive cardamom spice and slightly spiced strawberry gently peeking through.
