Professors Club Blackberry Gin 50cl

An unapologetically blackberry-based gin. This expression from Professors Club gets its flavour via vapour infusion, using its Navy Strength Gin as its base, before being soaked in strawberries and more blackberries to impart yet more flavour and a rich colour. Key botanicals include juniper, coriander, orris root, angelica, cardamom, star anise, cassia and cubeb. It’s part of a portfolio of spirits produced by the Afterthought Spirits Company, founded by Doug Walford in 2018, after he rediscovered gin while living in New York. An added bonus is the snazzy (collectible) ceramic bottle it comes in, made by Wade Ceramics in Stoke on Trent.
