6 O'clock Elderflower Gin
Elderflower gin is just summer in a bottle, isn't it? That's what we have here from the fab folks at 6 O'Clock gin, an expression made with its usual array of botanicals as well as the star floral flavour. Best served with Indian tonic water, plenty of ice, and freshly picked elderflower, or in an Elderflower Collins.
Elderflower Collins
2 parts 6 O' Clock Elderflower Gin
1 part elderflower cordial (or liqueur)
1 part lemon juice
Soda Water to top
A slice of lemon to Garnish
Mix the gin, elderflower, and lemon juice together in a Highball glass then add ice and top up with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon.

Nose
A delicate yet fragrant bouquet of fresh elderflowers greets you on the nose, followed by subtle hints of citrus zest and balanced juniper.
Palate
Floral sweetness is apparent at first taste, then elderflower’s natural charm is complemented by the classic 6 O’clock Gin botanicals, offering a well-balanced profile.
Finish
The finish is crisp and clean, whilst pleasant, fruity flavours linger on the palate.
