Description

A Navy Strength expression from 1881 Gin! Cardamom and citrus lead the way with this burly expression, blended with water from the distillery's private spring in Peebles bringing it down to 57% ABV. Top contender for a Martini, this one.

Overall

Peppery juniper and a wave of vibrant citrus, leading into a dry and spicy finish filled with fragrant cardamom.
