It's the 2019 release of St. George Spirits' California Reserve Apple Brandy, first released in 2014! The apple-tastic spirit is made from local apples from a family-run farm in Mendocino County. The brandy is aged in a variation of casks, with barrels which previously held St George's very own whiskeys, as well as American and French oak wine casks. It's simply bursting at the seams with cooked apple and spices.
Loads of sweet, stewed apples, and a generous dusting of cinnamon. Apple turnover leads into toasty oak, with some honey and vanilla cream in there too.
