A 10 year old Somerset cider brandy, made entirely with Somerset apples. After such a lengthy maturation, this brandy has developed rich wells of Christmas pudding and elegant floral notes.
This apple brandy is wonderfully rich and complex. If you serve it slightly warmed, then all the flavours open up and it becomes even richer. After you've finished, there's a lovely smokey aroma left in the glass
This wonderful apple brandy is best served slightly warmed and drunk from a small brandy glass in order to capture all the complex, smokey aromas.
Delicious, smooth, fragrant and just exactly to my taste - a firm favourite and I also used a drop to flavour some of this year's mincemeat which I know will be superb in mince pies on Boxing Day
