Very good indeed.
Outstanding, perfect balance, lots of flavour without any alcohol awkwardly poking its nose in.

I think it is rather distillated to reach 40%. Fermenting is for wine, macerating for liqueurs and crèmes.
But this is 1st class, very rich in flavor and taste.
