A brilliantly fresh eau de vie from the wonderful Capovilla distillery in Italy! Locally-sourced organic Saturn peaches (the ones that look flat, rather than round) are fermented and gently distilled for this one. Should do rather well in cocktails with a subtle herbaceous touch, we reckon.
Ripe peach freshness at its core, with green apple skin and a touch of tangerine citrus.
