Capovilla Distillato Prunus Aurum
Fabulous oak aged eau de vie from the Capovilla Distillery in Italy. To start the process, a variety of plums are fermented and slowly distilled. The separate plum distillates are then aged in French oak for six to eight years, before blending and bottling! It was certainly worth the time and effort, this is a wonderfully rich and complex fruity sipper.

Rich aromatic plums, ripe juices, and floral skins, orange peel and blossom. Sweet toasted almond and floral herbs with toasted oak and spice.
