Masterful eau de vie from the Capovilla distillery in Italy! Made by fermenting and gently distilling locally foraged wild raspberries, harvested when they're perfectly ripe. The distillate is then blended with local spring water, bringing it down to 41% ABV. Brimming with fresh fruit flavour, this is a truly incredible bit of distilling!
