Vignamato

Vignato is a producer based in the Marches region of Italy, not far from Rome. It produces a Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi which is up there with the best of Soave or Gavi but, perhaps because it doesn't exactly trip of the tongue, isn't as well known as it should be. Which is great news for the impecunious connoisseur.
