Sippin Gin is a Channel Islands gin producer that is all about flavour.
Ex-chef Dany Lancaster was uninspired by the quality of gins they saw exploding in the gin boom of the 2010's, and decided he could do better.
So, focusing on flavour and locally-sourced high-quality ingredients (as all good chefs will) he and business partner Jonathan Ruff set about proving themselves right.
As well as their classic "Just Gin" they produce a range of flavoured gins. But, unlike most flavoured gin, these weren't designed with mixing in mind. Dany and Jonathan thought their spirits should be enjoyed unmixed as sipping gins, hence the name.
