One of three Camus Cognacs developed using grapes grown on the Île de Ré, an island off of the west coast of France that lies in the Bois à Terroirs/Bois Ordinaires cru. The Cliffside Cellar release spends a second maturation in the Fort de La Prée, a historic building situated just metres from the ocean.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Fruity and spicy with notes of yellow plum, orange peel, caramel and a maritime salinity.
